Chris and Casey Jones have both been in the food industry for over a decade now. Known mostly as the majority owners of Knoxville’s beloved food truck brand CJ’s Tacos, who has won food truck of the year 5 out of the 7 years they’ve been in business. Chris (CJ) is the mastermind behind the food, known for his bold flavors and comforting food that leaves an everlasting impression. Casey is the mastermind behind the service, decor, and planning. When you meet Casey, you feel at home! She lights up the room with her smile and makes everyone around her feel comfortable. Together, they make for a catering service powerhouse that is 2nd to none!
